The Access Group appoints Sik Kwang Then as Employee Success Director

The Access Group has appointed Sik Kwang Then as Employee Success Director for its Kuala Lumpur Global Operations Centre, effective 9 June 2025. His appointment comes as the company accelerates its growth and workforce strategy across Asia.

Sik Kwang, also known as SK, will lead the Employee Success (ES) function in KL, ensuring people practices support business expansion while enhancing culture, talent development, and performance. He will work closely with both the Global Employee Success and KL GOC leadership teams and serve on the APAC ES Leadership Team.

Bringing over 13 years of international HR leadership experience, Sik Kwang joins from DHL Group IT Services, where he oversaw HR for 1,800 employees and supported global HR operations for 1,500 staff in the Express division. Notably, he played a pivotal role in scaling DHL’s IT operations in India from fewer than 100 to over 1,200 employees across five cities.

His earlier roles spanned HR, customer service, and IT across IBM and Danzas Asia-Pacific Management, where he led major transformation initiatives like the IDAS project in Southeast Asia.

Based in KL, Sik Kwang will play a key role in supporting The Access Group’s vision to build a world-class operations centre and elevate employee experience in line with its rapid growth goals.
